EOPS helps students that have been affected by social, economic, educational or linguistic barriers get the resources they need to enroll and succeed at any California community college. They offer comprehensive academic and support counseling, financial aid, and a variety of other services aimed at keeping students from dropping out and helping them reach their educational and career goals.

When students complete their financial aid form, they might be eligible for their tuition and enrollment fees to be waived. 

Please reach out to your counselor if you are planning on attending a specific community college – some colleges offer up to 2 years free if you are: CA Resident, a first-time college student, a full-time student (12 units minimum), and completed your financial aid form.
