Ana Maria Vallejo

Director of Academic Counseling

Ms. Vallejo is our Director of Academic Counseling and is in her second year here at LACPA. She has spent most of her career in education up north near the Bay Area working in different middle schools, high schools and community colleges. Ms. Vallejo is a proud first-generation college graduate who is passionate about bringing college, career, and self awareness to students she crosses paths with. She wants our students to be able to delve into different areas that will allow them to build new creative habits, explore new interests, learn how to advocate for themselves, and continue to grow in their potential so that when they go into the real world they will continue to build on what they have and will be proud of who they are and who they will be as human beings. Ms. Vallejo’s goal continues to be to make college accessible and an option for our students by providing education on the process for our students and families.
