Enrollment Packet

 

We are now enrolling students in grades 9 through 12.  We are a fully accredited, free of charge, college preparatory high school located in Highland Park, CA 90042. Over 90% of all our graduates are accepted into universities. We offer Honors classes, AP classes, dual-enrollment, full support for college and university applications, financial aid applications support, and college preparation classes.

REQUIRED FORMS

Please complete and submit the LACPA Enrollment Packet Checklist once all the required forms have been submitted.
Please note that the online Enrollment Form will complete most of what is required. When on campus, you might be asked for the rest of what is needed to complete the enrollment form.
 
You can also download and fill out the PDF format of the enrollment packet below which is a complete form and drop it off on campus. Please contact us if you would like to make an appointment for the packet drop off.

This is an alternative to a legal guardianship. A Caregiver’s Authorization Affidavit is an official form based on California’s recognition that adults who have minors living with them are “caregivers” who often want and need to take some responsibility for the minor’s education and other care.
